Terms of sale
These terms of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made through Pattuka.com by Bodagrafic Eventos S.L., with VAT number ESB94052800, hereinafter Pattuka.
Any order made to Pattuka necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the Pattuka’s Terms of Sale effective the day the corresponding order is made. In addition, the Customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new terms of sale are made known to the customer by Pattuka. In the event that Pattuka does not draw upon any of the present terms at any given time, it cannot be interpreted nor will be equivalent to renouncing them in the future or in the past.
Pattuka reserves the right to modify the commercial offer at any time.
Pattuka may modify these Terms of Sale at the time it deems appropiate.
Pattuka reserves the right to cancel any order when we have any proof that the buyer is trying to circumvent these Terms of Sale.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and execution of the terms, as well as all the acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these Terms of Sale will be the exclusive competence of the Courts of Pontevedra (Spain).
The user and/or customer of Pattuka agree at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the different information request or purchase request forms.
In the case of the sale of products on our website that require the buyer to be of a certain age according to current legislation, the buyer states that he meets this requirement to formalize de purchase.
Prices published in Pattuka are in Euros and are valid except in the case of typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in Pattuka.
Offers on products for sale in Pattuka will be indicated on the product page and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid as long as they are displayed.
When placing the order in Pattuka, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases by wire transfer, credit or debit card, Bizum and PayPal. You can also pay your purchase by financing the amount through Aplazame.
In case of payment by wire transfer, the payment must be done within a maximum period of 5 business days, otherwise the order will be canceled.
Products offered by Pattuka are valid within the limit of the available stock. Pattuka reserves de right to modify the product offer based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
All our products offer direct guarantee from the manufacturer, which in no case is less than two (2) years, as established by Spain Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Products manipulated, beaten or damaged due to improper use are explicitly excluded from the manufacturer’s warranty.
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and at the address indicated in the order.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no shipping or delivery of orders.
However delivery delay will not imply compensation or order cancellation.
An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and he signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all the anomalies on the delivery receipt.
Returns and right of withdrawal.
Our policy, complying with current regulations, is to grant the customer the right to cancel the purchase or return any item purchased in Pattuka within 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery. In some products this period may be reduced to 15 days and this will be indicated in the product page.
Returns in Pattuka are free for peninsular shipments to Spain and Portugal unless otherwise stated in the product page. Norwithstanding the foregoing, returns of items on offer or that benefit from a promotion will not be free and will cost € 5.95.
Returns of international orders will be at the expense of the customer and on their own means. The customer must return us the products within a maximum period of one month from the moment he has notified us his decision to return them.
The customer will not have to provide any explanation, any item purchased in Pattuka, returned in its original packaging, with all its corresponding seals and labels, without signs of use and in perfect resale conditions will be accepted without further ado.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, returns of customized, custom-made or manufactured specifically for the customer products will not be accepted, except in the case of a defective item or not corresponding to the order requested.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns of panties, thongs, adhesive bras, bodies, hosiery and earrings will not be accepted.
In no case returns of shoes with marked, scratched or dirty soles will be accepted.
Within a maximum period of 5 business days from receipt of the return, Pattuka will refund it using the same payment method that was used to make the payment.
If the cause of the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Pattuka will pay the return and new shipping costs if any. If the reason for the return is that the order is not of customer satisfaction, Pattuka will refund the purchase amount and shipping costs, but not the return costs, except for free shipping and/or free return applicable.
In shipments in which the customer has benefited from free shipping for making a purchase for an amount equal or greater than € 80, if the customer makes a return later, so that the final effective amount of the purchase does not reach € 80, Pattuka will refund the amount for the returned items minus € 5.95, which is the amount that the customer would have paid initially for the shipment when the purchase does not reach € 80.
In case of refusal of a return, the customer must pay the shipping costs if he wants us to send the merchandise again.
Returns of bridal shoes for shipments within Spain and Portugal peninsular will be free except in the following cases:
- If the customer has already made a change and finally decides to return the shoes, in which case the return will cost € 5.95.
- If the shoes have been purchased at a special price because an offer or promotion, in which case the return will cost € 5.95.
- If the customer places an order of two or more pairs of shoes, the return of the first pair will be free except in the case of the previous paragraph. The remaining returns will have a cost of € 5.95 per pair of shoes returned.
In returns of orders of bridal shoes composed of two or more pairs with shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, each pair returned will be counted as a return, applying the corresponding cost according to the destination of the shipment.
In case of non-free returns, the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the shipment, the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the shipment of the order, the customer will be responsible for the return costs except in the case of free shipping and/or free return applicable.
Cancellation of orders of personalized, custom-made or specifically manufactured items for the customer will not be accepted.
